UK General Election on Google Maps

General Elections 2010

A general election is fast approaching in the UK and Google have created a website to help constituents find out who is their current member of parliament and who are the 2010 election candidates for their seat.

Users just need to enter their postcode and their location will be shown on a Google Map. It is then possible to view who is the sitting MP, the results of the last election and the candidates for the upcoming election.

Links are also given to the blogs and Twitter pages of candidates.
